Our 'Customise Your Box' and 'Bula Boxes' are currently delivered within Greater London only. Our 'Miniature Collection' is delivered to the UK Mainland only. To see if your postcode is covered please refer to this document.
We dispatch every Monday-Thursday using our courier's Next Day Signed-For delivery service, so place your order before 5pm to be part of your next dispatch day. If your cocktails are for a Friday or Saturday, we recommend ordering on Tuesday for dispatch on Wednesday. As our Chilled Cocktails and Mocktails stay fresh for 3-4 days, we expect your delivery on Thursday (leaving Friday just in case there is a delay!)
We subsidise the delivery cost, meaning our 'Customise Your Box' and 'Bula Boxes' are £5 per box, and the 'Miniature Collection' is £2.50 per box
To ensure your cocktails/mocktails arrive in perfect condition, we use% recyclable plastic bottles for our deliveries.
This way we avoid any breakages, we can ensure we keep costs low for you, the drinks stay chilled and arrive fresh
Every delivery comes with a letter detailing the ingredients and allergen information in each cocktail or mocktail
Where your cocktail is best topped with a garnish, we include these too!
We pack each of our boxes with a coolant pack, keeping your drinks perfectly chilled when they arrive. It's not for consumption, but it can be reused! We could have used alternative coolants, but this way we're just a little bit kinder to the environment.
All of our cocktails and mocktails are made fresh to order with fresh ingredients. So, keep them refrigerated upon delivery and consumed within 2-6 days, depending on the drink you order. Our menu and the letter you receive will detail the recommended consumption days.
As our cocktails are perishable, please ensure you are available to receive and sign for your delivery. You will also receive an email or text with updates on your delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you have missed your delivery, and as our cocktails and mocktails are perishable, refunds will not be issued.
We cannot refund or exchange personalised, perishable or time critical goods
Gift cards cannot be refunded
This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
